Q: What do you charge for your services?
A: The price can vary greatly depending on what you need us to do.  Generally for technical support we charge between $75 and $125 per hour.  This is just an estimate.  For more information please call, email, or fill out our contact form.


Q: How long will it take for you to respond when we have a problem?
A: Our response time varies depending on the type of service plan that you would like.  Generally, you will receive a response within one hour from the time a service call is made.  If an onsite visit is required, this will be done within 24 hours of the initial call.  If a faster response time is required, we offer this as well.
